Last night while having a drink at the bar my boyfriend reached for his wallet and accidentally bumped the tray of a passing waitress. Instead of her apologizing as he did she berrated him with harsh language. Then when he again attempted to apologize she remained abusive. This is not acceptable behavior especially directed toward a customer. We will not go back.
